A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It definitely goes without saying that the pay out schedule can change from machine to machine, so that discerning players are agile enough to choose the most beneficial machine each instance.
Once the first round has finished, the player can either decide to continue on and try to to maximize their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any cash that they may have won. Additionally, a few versions of the game give the bettor a chance to increase their wins, in which case a further hand is played. There are also variations between individual games, with some virtual decks having wild cards and other differing aspects to enhance playability.
